1. Who We Are

Eazy Peazy is a UK-based virtual assistant service (Company No. 17081552), providing admin and Airbnb property support.

We are ICO registered (ZC122091) and take data protection seriously.

2. How We Work

We support busy business owners, Airbnb hosts, and property managers with tasks like guest communication, bookings, admin, and day-to-day operations.

To keep things running smoothly, we work with a trusted team both in the UK and internationally. This allows us to offer flexible, reliable support — often outside standard hours.

3. Payments

We work on monthly payment terms:

  • Payments are made in advance for your monthly package

  • Work begins once payment is received

  • Late payments may pause your service

4. Monthly Hours

If you're on a monthly package:

  • Any unused hours roll over into the next month only

  • After that, unused time expires

  • Hours aren’t refundable or transferable

5. Cancelling or Changing Your Plan

We ask for 2 weeks’ written notice if you’d like to cancel or make changes.

During this time, your service continues as normal.

6. Confidentiality

Your business (and your guests) are important to us. Everything you share is kept secure and confidential, and this applies to everyone on our team.

7. Data Protection

We’re registered with the ICO and follow UK GDPR rules.

You’re responsible for making sure you have permission to share any personal or guest data with us.

8. Liability

While we always aim to provide a smooth and reliable service, we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses (like lost bookings or income).

Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for that month.

9. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
